What does Construa actually do?
Construa provides project management, construction management, permitting and entitlement coordination, due diligence, owner's representation, construction consulting, and strategic advisory across Florida real estate projects.
Are you a general contractor?
Yes. Construa operates under a Florida Certified General Contractor license. We can act as the construction manager above your existing GC, as the construction layer for an owner-led project, or as the GC of record where appropriate.
Where do you work in Florida?
Statewide, with deepest concentration in Central Florida (Orlando metro), Tampa Bay, and South Florida. Each region has its own location page with submarket-specific detail.
How does engagement work?
Most engagements start with a focused conversation about the project and a written scope-and-fee proposal. Hourly retainer for short engagements, monthly fee for committed projects, or project-based fee tied to milestones.
Can you take a single piece of work or do you only do full project management?
Both. Construa's scope is flexible -- from a one-week due-diligence engagement to a multi-year project-management mandate. The fit determines the scope, not the other way around.
What's the relationship to River Business Corp?
Construa is the project-management and construction-management practice within the River Business Corp platform. River brings the development and capital layers; Apice brings the engineering and permitting layers; FLPro Builder brings the specialty trades. The platform is integrated by design.
Do you work with non-developer clients?
Yes. Many engagements are with owners, family offices, investors, attorneys, or accountants who need experienced operator input on a specific project or decision. Strategic Advisory exists for exactly that purpose.
